Our salmon and trout fillets are made at our processing plants from fresh raw material to create high-quality sustainable products.
All fillets are made based on our customers specifications, following our trimming guide and the customers individual requests.
The fillets are usually packed interleaved fresh or IVP frozen, or according to customers requirements.
