Our Products

At our factories in western Norway, we produce a wide range of shelf-ready products for leading international grocery and restaurant chains. This includes fresh and frozen fillets and portions, and cold smoked products.

Fillets

Fillets

Our salmon and trout fillets are made at our processing plants from fresh raw material. All fillets are made based on our customer's specifications, following our trimming guide and the customer's individual requests. The fillets are usually packed interleaved fresh or IVP frozen, or according to customer's requirements.

Portions

Portions

We deliver fresh and frozen portions in different sizes and cartons. The portions are either individual vacuum packed (IVP) or packed quick frozen (IQF) and are eventually glazed. In all our processes we are only using superior quality raw materials to ensure a superb product quality.

Smoked

Smoked

We produce our smoked products the traditional way, with dry salting and wooden chips, and carefully chosen raw materials. Salt injections or liquid smoke are never used in our production. This traditional method gives our products a unique and highly sought after flavor.

Plusproducts

Plusproducts

Plus products play a big part in our sustainability goal of using the whole fish for human consumption, and is what remains of our main fillet production. Plus products are used for a variety of different food productions, like salmon burgers, nuggets, canning and ready meals. Most of our plus products are shipped fresh in large containers (heads/backbones/skin/talail), frozen in blocks (3 x 7,5 kg) or packed interleaved in boxes (15 kg). We also pack plus products in different variants, boxes and conditions depending on the customer specification. Plusproducts include belly flaps, strips of brown meat, pre-tails, bits & pieces, belly meat, and necks.

Most of our farmed fish is used in our processed products, but we offer whole fjord trout and organic salmon in various sizes.

Trout Roe

Trout Roe

We offer delicate, high-quality trout roe, carefully handled to preserve its natural quality and flavor. Our roe is sourced directly from our own trout during the season, ensuring freshness and authenticity.

Scallops

Scallops

Norwegian Arctic Scallops, sustainably harvested. Their unique sweetness and texture is a result of slowly growing in cold and clear Arctic waters. We offer Scallops in sizes 20/40, 40/60 and 60/80.

Cod

Cod

Farmed Atlantic Cod. Highly nutritious and with a firm texture, super fresh and a delicate silky taste.
